My Approach

Motor-functional treatments are aimed at improving your physical abilities and optimizing movement patterns. Using the SMART concept, we develop realistic goals together that are tailored to your individual needs.

My exercises are practical and everyday-oriented. This means that we don't just train isolated movements, but movement patterns that you need in daily life. This way, you can directly apply the learned skills and benefit from sustainable improvement.

Treatment takes place at your home, which has the advantage that we can work in your familiar environment. This allows me to optimally adapt the exercises to your spatial conditions and work directly on everyday challenges.

Common questions about motor-functional treatment

A form of occupational therapy that works on mobility, strength, endurance and coordination – always with a specific activity in mind. The exercise itself is not the goal; the goal is that gripping, carrying, dressing or working around the house becomes easier again.

This treatment as a home visit

I treat exclusively at your home – no waiting room, no journey. I travel regularly to Offenbach an der Queich, Landau in der Pfalz, Annweiler am Trifels, Bad Bergzabern, Edenkoben, Herxheim bei Landau and the surrounding area of the Southern Wine Route.

My services are for private patients and self-payers. If you would like the treatment without a medical prescription, that is possible – simply say so when you get in touch.
